Simple RTDX target code just receiving number from host and adding 7 to it at target then resubmot

Unable to determine default Pin/Port configuration!只需将此RTDX文件夹替换CCS3.3中的rtdx文件，问题就解决了-Unable to determine default Pin/Port configuration! And just this the the RTDX folder to replace CCS3.3 rtdx file, the problem is solved
