In today’s digital world of mobile technology, we are dependent on the various gadgets that we carry around for day to day activities. With the increase dependency on mobile electronic devices, our dependence on batteries is just as great. Therefore it will be a great improvement if we were able to charge our batteries on the go without a dedicated power supply, thus supplying consumers with an easy charging solution.



This project was chosen as it fulfills a current and growing need of the modern society and also can be easily modified not only for military but also electrical necessities for rural or underdeveloped places. Furthermore this project not only encompasses all our group members’ electrical and electronic skills but also challenges us with a mechanical component with the designing and building of the generator.
