在C++环境下实现MP3编码功能，是lamb版本-MP3 encoding

兰姆波相速度频散曲线的绘制（横轴为频厚积，纵轴为相速度），各模态的频散数据均可以导出。(Lamb wave phase velocity dispersion curve(The transverse axis is frequency-thickness products, and the vertical axis is phase velocity),and the dispersion data of each mode can be derived.)
